Coba Return & Exchange Policy

Because each piece is made to order in Los Angeles, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please reach out—we’re here to help.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 7–14 days of delivery. If you’d like a different size or color, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on available fabric and production capacity.

Returns for Store Credit:

If an exchange isn’t possible, we may offer store credit for future purchases.

Defects or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order, including photos and your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Custom Orders:

All custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Email brianna@cobacollection.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We’ll reply within 1–3 business days with next steps.
